APPT Manila, which began on July 27th, has reached its 10th day. Players from Korea and Japan performing well.

APPT Manila’s Main Event Day 2 has ended. All three flights of Day 1 of the Main Event ended, and the total number of final entries was 1,354, and the prize pool was confirmed at PHP 76,832,730, far exceeding GTD. A total of 50 players from Korea and Japan finished the tournament with ITM, and Lee Gyuhyuk and 6 players advanced to Day 3. All players who advanced to Day 3 secured a prize pool of 312,000 PHP and the winning prize was 13,588,730 PHP.

Event #42 Mystery Bounty – Re-Entry

The Mystery Bounty, a single-day tournament with a 15,000 PHP Buy-in, has concluded. The last three players, Kim Hyungwoon, Choi Hyunseok and Huerto Joven, proceeded to the ICM Chop with prize money at the final table. According to the results of the ICM Chop, Kim Hyungwoon from South Korea won 385,300 PHP in regular prize money and 160,000 PHP in bounty prize money, and Choi Hyunseok won 337,200 PHP regular prize money and 160,000 PHP in bounty prize money. After the distribution of the prize money, the three players resumed the game with the trophy. With Huerto Joven eliminated in 3rd place, Hyungwoon Kim and Hyunseok Choi became the first Korean heads-up in APPT Manila.

After Day 1 of APPT High Roller was finished, 5 players out of 46 entries advanced to Day 2, and a total of 4 players from Korea and Japan advanced to Day 2. The APPT High Roller Event, where additional registrations are possible on Day 2, is expected to further increase the prizes.
